A small place where you can drink coffee and listen to people's poetry at they read it up on the stage, which is free to everyone.
Lauren walked in, playing with the folded paper in her bright neon jeans pocket. She ordered a coffee, sipping it casually as she wondered if she should go up there.

"PARTY PEOPLE!" Neil screamed as he kicked the door to the cafe open and rode in on his board. Some people gave him a dirty look but he took no notice and went to get something to drink.
He nodded his head to the dude behind the counter. "Hey brah." The guy glared at Neil.

Having heard her, Neil laughed and raised his coffee in the air. "I will! I SWEAR ON MY SCANDINAVIAN BLUBBER NUGGETS!...AAAHHH!!!!!!!" He screeched as coffee sloshed out of the mug and scalded his hand.

Neil screamed like a banshee for a minute as the coffee hit his skin but then his screams turned into shrieks of laughter. He couldn't seem to keep himself from cracking up and just shook his head at Lauren, smiling like an idiot.
