Reaching in his pocket, Neil withdrew his phone and read the text there. Smirking, he replied quickly, Silly Vance. C-Thorn is in Cambodia. Why the flunk would she be tellin' some person I don't know to text me if you were in fact...bored?

Neil scoffed and placed a hand over his heart, feining hurt. "Sabi. I am so appalled that you would even ask me such a question. Of course I know how to make...soup. Duh." He took out a can of Cambel's tomato soup and dumped it into a pot, turning on the stove before he turned back to Isa.
"Like so, ese. Jeeeeeez."

Neil chuckled. "I knew that..." A little while later, he was done with the soup and looked over at Jayk. "Wolfy, would you be a dear and taste this?" He scooped some soup in a spoon and held it out for Jayk to try. It was a little darker than usual and looked kind of chunky.

He raised his eyebrows then rolled his eyes, getting kind of annoyed for some reason. "Come on, it won't kill you." Neil dropped to his knees and waddled over to Jayk, getting all in his face as he pleaded. "Please please please please please please please please please please..." He made a very convincing puppy dog face.

Sucking in a breath, he got up from the floor and turned away stubbornly so his back was to Isa and Jayk. "Fine. If that's how you wanna act, I guess I see where our friendship lies. You really must not care about me, huh Wolfy?" He stopped talking, hoping he could guilt Jayk into eating the soup and grinned.
