He couldn't help it but he had to think of what happened with Brett again. And Eve was right here...standing inches away from him, waiting for an answer. Was he happy? With Kyra? Yeah, she did make him happy but...
"Yes", he mumbled, looking down. He couldn't look at her.

Eve looked around the kitchen. "damn..." she said. how was it that in a kitchen there was no sharp objects. she looked at the door and was so ready to run out.

Crash saw her head look up to the door and cursed. "Oh no you don't." He ran over and blocked her only escape, narrowing his eyes. "I recognize that jerk in your head. Don't even think you can get away with it."

She stoped running once she had lost him. she got to a park and sat on the bench thinking about everything. "why did i come back... he doesnt want me..." she looked down.

Crash was panting, looking around frantically for Eve but she was nowhere in sight. He looked down, clenching his hands into fists. "Dammit, Eve...you can't keep running away every time things get tough. I have to teach you that. If it's the last thing I do."
Not knowing where else to go, Crash headed for the park, his usual hangout when he needed time to think.
Noticing Eve, he just stood there, seeing how long it would take for her to know he was there.

Eve looked at the ring she had. the small ring crash had given her all those years ago. she took it off and played with it after a while she put it back on and got up. she looked up as her eyes meet with Crash. she froze she was a bout to run.

Crash laughed harder, the hardest he'd ever laughed in his life. His face actually hurt. Once he'd caught his breath, he flipped over so that he was kneeling over Eve and was tickling her.
