Zoya walked in, looking around at the elegant-looking dining room carefully. She wasn't used to being in such an expensive place, she was afraid that if she moved too quickly or make a wrong step, she would break something. She was looking for a job here to pay for her apartment. It wasn't a nice apartment; in fact, one could hardly call it liveable. But it was only $50 a week and she needed a place to stay until she got her citizenship and could apply for a real job.
She walked over to the bar and looked for an open spot. She slippped into an open chair and waited a moment to see if someone would address her first.

"Oh, hello," she said, her accent thick, but her english was quite good. She had been studying the language for years, proper english that is. She had trouble with slang and the "phone language." She looked at the girl with a smile. "I am in search of employment. The advertisement in the window..." She trailed off as her eyes traveled to the woman's large stomach. A confused look appeared on her face. "You are pregnant? And yet at work?" She looked up at the girl again, wonder on her face. "Is this not your husband's requirement?"

Zoya looked at the obnoxious young man in wonder. She watched him circle Kyra easily on the small board with wheels.
"What an interesting device," She mumbled to herself. She had seen boys with it on the streets before, and it struck her interest even then. How someone could controle it, do tricks, and not fall all at the same time intrigued her.

She jumped a bit when it flew into the air, a small, surprised noise escaping her. She looked at the board, then at the boy, a smile appearing on her face again.
"I would be very much delighted!" She said, touching it with her index finger. "Oh," She said remembering her previous engagement. She looked at the boy again. "I am currently in the process of retaining a job. I would be pleased if I could learn to work the board on skates after it is finalized." She said, getting the name of the obejct in his hands a bit confused

she let out a little squeal of excitement and clapped her hands.
"You have my thanks!" she said before she hugged the pregnant girl. She pulled away quickly once she realised that she was not in her country. "I am sorry," She said. "I read that it is rude to engage someone in a hug without exchanging names." She smiled to the two. "I am called Zoya Agryis."
