" ... You jumped on my back..." he mumbled and looked as the people walked by, also not paying any attencion to her. " Just admit you love seeing me... And spending time with me... and just flat out just waisting time with me." he smiled big now turning his attencion towards her. " ... And I agree I am rather handsome guy."

Lilith looked up at him and did a double take, her expression a glare the second time she looked at him because of the huge-ass smile on his face. But like before, she felt the corners of her mouth turn up in a grin and she just shook her head. "And what do I get if I do tell you all those things?"

He smirked and raised a brow. " what the girl wants a price now?" he let out a short snicker and looked around again. " I guess whatever you want, if that's what you want..."

She glared at him but then her face softened to more of a pout. "I want you to take me out to dinner." Lilith raised an eyebrow at him this time and smirked. "Cuz you got cash to burn, right Mr. Good Looks Can Totally Get You What You Want In Life But I'm Too Stubborn To Realize It Doesn't Apply To Me?"

He gave her a hurt look and held his hands up to his chest. " Ahhh!!!! I'm hurt!!!!!" he almost shouted simulating as if he had gotten shot. " Damn you Lilith!!!" he weakly managed to get up and then stood up strait. "... But I resent that, not to brag or anything... But-" he paused for a dramatic moment and posed. " IM HOT!!!! dude just look at me."

She raised her eyebrows at him in amusement and slowly shook her head. "Yeah, whatever. Hot like hot water, maybe. Everyone just can't wait to get away from you." Grinning, Lilith winked at him. "If you wanna talk about who's hot, then maybe you should just stare at me all day cuz I've seen way hotter guys than you. Like Zane, maybe..." Muttering that last part, Lilith tried messing up his pose by tickling him.

Duelo didn't move and just stared at her, shocked that she would even compare them. Well more like disgusted. He steeped away from her and started to walk away. " I'm done with you..." he mumbled and continued to make his way to his car.

Lilith recoiled like he'd hit her. Maybe he had...She touched her cheek, lowering her eyes to the ground and for a second, couldn't think what to do next, which was like...not like her. She hadn't expected those words to hurt like they did. In the end she just took a deep breath and ran after him. Best to just act like herself. She grabbed his arm. "Hey! What the hell? What's your problem?"

He didn't look at her, just down as he pushed her hand away. He wasn't pissed at her, but just then did it hit him. " maybe he is so much better then me..." he mumbled and stood there thinking. But not for long as then did he look back to see her, a resentful look and then walked away again.

She sighed. "Are you getting your panties in a wad because I said Zane was cuter than you? Y'know, to go along with that cuteness, the guy is also an extreme jackass." Her stomach turned when she said that and her eyebrow twitched for a second. But pushing the feeling away, Lilith just ran back up to Duelo. "Why don't you stop jumping to conclusions? If you're giving up already, then I don't know what the hell I even saw in you."

Duelo stopped to turn around and look at her. " Saw in me?" he asked as she'd taken him by surprise. He finally let up and smiled, taking her hand he pulled her closer. " so you do like me..."

Lilith's eyes searched his face for a brief second. Was she really going to admit it? And then what about Zane? There were definitely some feelings there too and she allowed her hands to clench into tight fists. "What I saw in you. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is definitely past tense!!" She wasn't sure where this burst of anger was coming from but it had originated in her chest, making it ache and the only way she saw the pain lessening was through anger. She stepped closer to him though, so she was almost leaning on him.

"And besides, you're obviously the one who doesn't like me. Why else would you screw me when I was wasted, or let me get nailed in the nose just for kissing you, or leave me sitting on a desk right after I got nailed in the nose?! Those things upset people, you fucking dumb-ass!!!!" She bit her lip hard after she was done her little rant, meaning to hold that curse in but that didn't work out so well.

Duelo found himself feeling like shit after that. He wrapped his arms around her, to comfort her or so he thought. But the truth beneath that was just a selfish thought. " Lilith I'm sorry..." he whispered into her hear. The thought of snapping back at her and telling her two of the three things she'd mention were just misunderstandings didn't cross his mind. He just wanted her forgiveness. Strange how he found himself again in that same situation. Asking for forgiveness, was he such a terrible person.

She felt her hands start to unclench once she was in his arms. Lilith stayed silent for a while, taking the time to close her eyes, sigh, and then lean against him. She didn't know why she wanted his comfort--she was supposed to be pissed at him. But she welcomed his embrace enough that she didn't try to push him away. "...Me too", she muttered into his chest. Then a thought struck her and she frowned, looking up into Duelo's face. "How do you know Zane?"

He looked down at Lilith and sighed. " how about we leave this to another time?" he forced a smile. He wasn't in the mood to talking about it. But knew that in the end Lilith would just get pissed. " He dated my sister.. Meia..." he said, giving just that could maybe work.

She looked down and nodded silently. "That makes sense", she muttered, feeling her chest tighten. She took a deep breath to try and release the pain and it somewhat worked but not wanting to talk about it anymore, Lilith simply whacked Duelo in the arm. "Come on. You promised to take me out for dinner and a movie. Hear that?" As if on cue, her stomach growled. "It's telling you you better feed it!"

He laughed. And looked at her. " I never agreed to the movie..." he smirked and walked to get the door for her. " but I guess it's just a sign you want to spend even more time with me huh?"

Lilith grinned her thanks and slid into the seat. "Yeah right. If I wanted to spend more time with you, I would've set up camp at your house. This is about my daily dose of Duelo, so there's no way I'd wanna spend more time with you." She buckled her seat and made a face. "Throw everything off balance."

Duelo made a face behind her back and then tapped hard on the glass. " loser..." he smirked and walked to his side of the car. He got in and basically waited for her to start, almost like he knew what would come next.

A vein jumped in her jaw and Lilith turned to give him a sharp look before tightening her hand into a fist, though she didn't hit him yet. Instead she slumped down in her seat and rested her feet on the dashboard like usual. "Y'know, I think the real loser is the dumb-ass who keeps saying loser like a fucking parrot." She sat still for a while before ramming her fist into his arm.

Duelo knew something like that would happen and instead of paying any attention to his arm just laughed. " So predictable..." he started the car and sat there thinking. " ... Anyways what are you in the mood for?"

She looked over at him and pursed her lips as she thought, ignoring that predictable crack. "Italian. Let's get some pasta." All of a sudden, a thought came to her and her eyes twitched in somewhat worry. She glanced over at him. "Duelo, do I annoy you? I just realized that I punch you an awful lot..." she mumbled.

Duelo started driving hearing her request and then smirked hearing her question " Nah... When I get annoyed you'll be the first one to know. Promise. Oh and as for my arm, I'm getting ammune to it." he laughed and just then they had arrived at Olive Garden. " ... Either that,or maybe you've permenately damaged it..." he shrugged and pulled into the parking spot. " I'm good but thanks for caring." he smiled and winked at her quickly.

A light blush rose to her cheeks but she grit her teeth together. "Are you kidding me? I don't care", she spat, like the word was disease-ridden. "It's just that my fingernails have been leaving marks in my hands and I was worried about doing that all the time." Lilith blinked for a second before scowling and unlocking her side of the car. Then getting out, she slammed it shut and turned her back to him so he wouldn't see her blush.

He laughed and walked over to her. " What? you blushing?" he smirked and tapped her nose. He leaned down and kissed her cheek. " no need to thanks me by the way.." he smiled and started walking.

Thank you?! she almsot screamed but bit her cheek to stop it. With another scowl and a roll of her eyes, Lilith followed after him, her blush turning redder in embarrasment when he kissed her. "Why would I thank you for making me blush?" she snapped. "I should be wailing on you! Making little Duelo figures out of napkins and then stabbing them with a fork!" Stepping in front of him, Lilith gave her name to the waitress girl and she led them to their table.

Duelo looked back at Lilith and smiled. " first of all, Thanks for finally being able to say my name. I can see a lot of time and affort was put into that." he laughed sarcastically and then continued. " And second not for making you blush but rather for kissing you. It's almost an honor for me to have kissed ya, you know." he pulled out her chair and eyed her, knowing a smart remark was probably coming his way.

Lilith's mouth dropped open in shock and she slowly settled into her chair, grumbling something under her breath that might've been 'thanks' or 'bitch'. "Your waitor will be right out", the hostess said before leaving. Lilith slowly shook her head and just smirked as she messed with her knife, twirling it around on the table. "Almost an honor? It's a privlege to see this everyday." She pointed to her face with a grin. "You should feel honored that I'm doing you such a huge favor. Uping your rep cuz you'll be seen with such a hot face, and not just your usual hideous one."

" Oh so now Im hideous?" he sat down and placed the napkin on his lap. " Please you love me... its just a matter of time before you realize it." he winked at her and looked at the menu.

"Conceited...jackass", she got out after a while, trying to think of a better comeback and failing miserably. "I don't need realization. Y'know why? A-cuz I don't like you." Lilith looked at him over her menu with a raised eyebrow. "Why's it taken you this long to realize?"
