"It's good!" he said in sheer shock, like he was totally surprised, which he was.

[Ryden Hertz]

"Well thank you." She laughed. "I've been cooking for myself ever since my mother was on a year long tour." She shurgged, getting up fron her seat. she turned and one could see her star tattoo on the side of her back.

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash looked down at the plate. "Yeah...I've been cooking for me and Mase ever since my parents were murdered." He stiffened immediately when he said that.

[Ryden Hertz]

She looked over to him. "Oh my," She said as he ran to him and gave him a hug. "I'm sorry.."

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash wanted to protest and tell her to get the fuck off him but...that would be stupid. Maybe he needed some comforting. So he just let her hug him and slowly returned the gesture, hugging her back for a while. Then he let go. "...It's whatever. It happened a long time ago."

[Ryden Hertz]

"Well, i hope everything is okay with you and your little brother?" She asked thinking Mase was his little brother..

[Crash Bandicoot]

"I'm gonna stay here for the night", he told her, abruptly changing the subject. He didn't even know why he was spilling his guts to this girl. Not like she knew him.

[Ryden Hertz]

"Um, sure. We have an extra room.." She smiled to him and went to the fridge to get a pespi. One could see her tattoo again.

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash turned to ask her something when his eyes traveled lower and he caught sight of her tattoo. He blinked, then smirked. "Didn't that hurt?"

[Ryden Hertz]

"What?" She asked pulling her shirt up her back a bit. "Oh that." She laughed. "It did. But i rebelled and that's what happened."

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash shook his head. "You sadist. Hey, so tell me more about you."

She looked back at him. "well what do you want to know?" She asked

[Crash Bandicoot]

"When's your birthday?"

[Ryden Hertz]

"November 11th. yours?" She asked taking his hand and pulling him out of the seat. She then started to walk through the house to the livingroom.

Crash smirked. "October 31st." Then he looked down at their hands and had to smirk again. "You sure do like touching me."

[Ryden Hertz]

She looked down at their hands too and smiled up at him. "I guess i do. I mean, how could blame me.." She said as she let go of his hand and sat ont he couch.

"Uh, I would. How hard is it to keep your hands to yourself? Or did you not go to pre-school?" He made a face at her like he pitied her and went to sit on her couch.

[Ryden Hertz]

"Whatever." She said and looked at the tv. She put on cake boss. "Sweet.." she smiled at the tv.

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash propped his feet on a table in front of him and put his hands behind his head. "Cake boss...you like this show?" He turned his head to smirk at her.

[Ryden Hertz]

"Yea. thisis the best show..." She said looking at him to give him a smile before looking right back at the tv. "aw, darn, it's an old one.."

[Crash Bandicoot]

"Oh shoot! An old one, well here's a solution." Grabbing the remote from her, Crash flipped the channel to A&E, smirking when Paranormal State came on. "You're not afraid of the supernatural, right?" he asked in a semi-soft but creepy voice.

[Ryden Hertz]

"No." She said looking at the tv. "Never.."

[Crash Bandicoot]

Crash pursed his lips and smirked. "Whatever. Then I guess you won't mind if I do this." He reached over to turn off the lights and the room flooded in darkness, save for the glow of the tv screen.

She body tensed a bit. "I'm good.." She sighed lightly and looked around.

A grin spread across his face. "Whatever you say." Halfway into the show, Crash let his cold hand brush across the back of Ryden's neck.

She closed her eyes tightly. "Why must do that.." She whispered lightly.

"What are you going on about?" he whispered just as lightly.

She opened her eyes as they roamed the room, not seeing a thing. "Sorry," She whispered sollowing a lump in her throat. her hands were ar her mouth in fists, sacred for her life.

Crash had to bite his lip to contain his laughter. It was fun messing with this girl. He let a sly grin cover his face and whispered her name.

She curled into a ball. "Did you hear that?" She whispered to herself. This was really crepping her out.
