Eve looked down at her plate then up. She got up quietly and headed to the kitchen not trying to make any noise she set the plate down and walked out the back door. She began to walk home. "the perfect girl.." he whispered as she stuffed her hands into he pockets.

Crash followed her into the room and was aware of a shadow going out the back way. His eyes narrowed, then fell downcast as he pieced together what must have happened. But trying to shake the feeling since Kyra was there, he just looked back at her. "You hungry? I made chicken...parm..."

"Me too, Kyra! Crash does too, even if he won't say anything." Kyra's words hit Crash like Kelly's slap had. Hard and eye-opening. Crash's hands clenched into fists. What was he doing? He had no idea what to do anymore and thoughts of suicide briefly ran thru his mind. But he knew that wasn't an option.
"Uh..." Crash turned to look at Kyra, his eyes kind of red. "Kyra..."

After what seemed like forever, Crash released Kyra, instantly feeling cold and he shivered some. The thoughts of suicide slowly ebbed away and he smiled to himself. But Eve...he was still worried about her. Sighing, Crash swallowed the lump in his throat. He didn't intend to leave Kyra in the dark. "There's...something I have to tell you."

He felt guilty. He'd hurt Kyra so much...and she didn't even know it. What he and Eve did...he tried not to think about it but found that difficult when he didn't even know where the girl was. What she was planning. Crash tried to force a smile but it came out a grimace. "Wanna do something? Just you an me? Something fun?"
